We reserve the right to cancel any event or change venue due to circumstances beyond our control. It is advisable to confirm with us that an event is going ahead before booking advanced travel. Payment is due in advance of the event, either within 30 days of the invoice date, or before the day of the event (whichever is sooner). We regret that we cannot guarantee admittance without prior payment.
