Payment of a single joining fee permits single user (school or teacher) access only and the copying and/or distribution of an online ALP webinar is not permitted without the express written consent of ALP. Webinar participants are responsible for ensuring their own ICT provision and checking the Webinar system requirements in advance. ALP is not liable or responsible for any technical issues which may arise as a result of your failure to ensure compatibility or functionality of ICT systems. Due to the inherent nature of the internet, you acknowledge that ALP is not liable nor responsible for any delay, disruption or disturbance in the operation of the internet during the Webinar. Delegates can cancel their place(s) on any ALP webinar up to 7 days before the Webinar at no charge. Delegates who cancel their place(s) on any ALP Webinar less than 7 days before the Webinar will be charged 50% of the full fee. We reserve the right to cancel any Webinar due to circumstances beyond our control. Payment is due in advance of the Webinar either within 30 days of the invoice date, or before the day of the Webinar (whichever is sooner).
